An excerpt from the inspirational poem, 'The Race.' A true winner isn't the one who comes first, it's the one who endures and perseveres despite the hardships and difficulties.

Sarah was born with Spina bifida, and as her spine failed to develop properly, she had great difficulty walking and often required a wheelchair and leg splints. However Sarah had dreams of dancing and singing on stage, but the harsh reality of her life didn’t really allow for this. Sarah’s story is one of unfairness, of asking God how He could allow this to happen. But take a few moments to watch and we’re sure you’ll know someone who needs to be encouraged by her story.

Hip Hop artist LECRAE talks about his life journey and his struggle to find purpose in life and what brought him to giving his life to Christ. Abandoned by his father as a small child, Lecrae has personally understood the depth of meaning to Romans 8 verses 14-16 which says, “Only those people who are led by God’s Spirit are his children. God’s Spirit doesn't make us slaves who are afraid of him. Instead, we become his children and call him our Father”.

As a young girl, Shannon Culpepper grew up confused, chasing after the approval that only a father could give and one that she never received. She thought she found it chasing after love in a man whose manipulative controlling ways left her gasping for breath. All she wanted was for someone to love her and tell her who she was. It was in those dark moments where she found the greatest peace, the most fulfilling joy.
